Overview
Skyline Residency, provides a serene and inspiring environment for artists, writers, and researchers to focus, reflect, and create.
Vibrant Location: Enjoy nearby cafés, restaurants, and a Vaporetto station.

Duration of residency

Minimum stay: 2 weeks
Maximum stay: 6 weeks

Accommodation

The residency is a newly renovated, spacious three-room apartment atop one of the city’s tallest 500 year old buildings. From this unique vantage point, residents enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the rooftops and canals. Please note: The apartment   is on the 7th floor of an ancient historic building and is accessible only by stairs. It is, therefore, not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges.

Disciplines, work equipment and assistance Minimum stay: 2 weeks Maximum stay: 6 weeks Inclusive and supportive environment open to all disciplines, Certain art materials and assistance are available, and there are plenty of art and supply shops within a 2–3 minute walk. Studio / Workspace A private studio-apartment combining living and workspace. Exhibition & Sales Opportunity: A dedicated room in an established art gallery below the residence provides an optional venue to exhibit and sell your work to collectors and art enthusiasts. No percentage is owed to the gallery Full-Day Gallery Attendant: A dedicated attendant handles all visitor inquiries and sales, freeing you to explore the city at your leisure. Fees and support

Usually Venezia Contemporanea covers 50% of €1,900 per week. Artist’s share  for living and exhibition space is 950€ per week.
